Looking after your jewellery.

Follow the care advice for your chosen piece. Different stones, settings and finishes can need different treatment.

  1. 01

    When you wear it.

    Remove your ring before swimming, cleaning or activities that could knock the stones. Keep it away from household chemicals.

  2. 02

    After wearing.

    Gently wipe your jewellery with a soft, lint free cloth. For a deeper clean, contact us for advice on your materials and setting. Ask us before using a steam or ultrasonic cleaner.

  3. 03

    When you put it away.

    Store each piece separately in a soft pouch or lined jewellery box, where it will not rub against other pieces.

If something needs attention.

If a stone moves or a setting catches, stop wearing the piece and contact us before attempting a repair.
