Shopping with METS.
These terms apply when you use the METS Sydney website or place an order. Please read them alongside our shipping, returns and privacy policies.
Product details.
Each product page describes the design, materials, available sizes and estimated production time. Stone colour can appear different under changing light and on different screens. Please ask us about any detail before you order.
Prices and payment.
Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Any delivery charge is shown at checkout before payment. Full payment is required when placing an order.
Your order.
Check your selected size, delivery address and contact details before completing your purchase. We will email an order acknowledgement. If a detail needs clarification or we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will arrange a refund.
Made to order.
Production begins once payment and your ring size are confirmed. The product page gives the current production estimate. Delivery time is additional. Contact us before purchasing if you have a particular date in mind.
Delivery, cancellations and service.
Our shipping and returns pages explain delivery estimates, cancellation requests, resizing and how to contact us if something needs attention. Nothing in these terms limits rights that apply under consumer law.
Our images and designs.
Website imagery, logos, writing and jewellery designs belong to METS or are used with permission. Please contact us before reproducing them.
