Each piece is made to order. Your product page shows the current production estimate. This is separate from delivery time.

Before dispatch.
Production begins once payment and your ring size are confirmed. If we need to clarify a detail, we will contact you before proceeding. We will email you if the estimate changes.

Tracking your order.
We will email your tracking link when your piece is dispatched. Delivery estimates can vary by location and carrier conditions.
Australia.
Complimentary insured delivery. Allow 3 to 7 business days after dispatch. A signature is required on delivery.
New Zealand.
Delivery is AUD $45. Allow 5 to 10 business days after dispatch. Parcels are insured and require a signature. Any import duties or local charges are the recipient's responsibility.
A particular date?
Please contact us before ordering. We can discuss current production and delivery estimates, but cannot promise a date without checking first.
An issue with delivery?
Contact us with your order number if a parcel appears delayed, lost or damaged. Keep any packaging so we can help investigate.
